As ever in theory go for your normal size unless you want it a little neater. Wash with similar colours. Wash using a non-bio detergent at 30 degrees on a delicate/wool cycle. Wash inside out. Rinse thoroughly. Short spin. Do not wring. Pull to shape whilst damp. Dry flat. Avoid direct heat and sunlight. Avoid excessive rubbing.
